Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“T&Cs”) apply to all orders placed on the tedbricks.com website, operated by Y&K ECOM.

1. Purpose

These T&Cs define the conditions of sale between tedbricks.com and any person placing an order through the website.

Placing an order constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.

2. Products

The products offered are miniature brick construction kits and related items.

Descriptions, images, and product information are provided for reference only and do not constitute a contractual document.

In cases of obvious error, tedbricks.com cannot be held liable.

3. Pricing

Prices displayed on the website are shown in euros (€), including applicable taxes.

Shipping fees are indicated before the order is confirmed.

Tedbricks.com reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the prices in effect at the time the order is placed.

4. Order Process

Customers select the products they wish to purchase and validate their cart.

Before final confirmation, a summary is presented.

An order becomes final only after:

  • acceptance of these T&Cs,

  • full payment,

  • confirmation sent by email.

Tedbricks.com reserves the right to cancel any order in case of payment issues or suspected fraud.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely and may be made through:

  • credit/debit card,

  • PayPal,

  • other payment methods available on Shopify.

Payment is charged immediately upon order confirmation.

6. Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are shown during the ordering process but may vary depending on:

  • logistics and warehouse operations,

  • shipping carriers,

  • peak shopping periods.

Tedbricks.com cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its control.

If an incorrect address is provided, reshipping fees will be charged to the customer.

7. Right of Withdrawal (30 Days)

In accordance with consumer protection rules, customers have 30 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal without providing a reason.

Return conditions:

  • the product must be new, unused, complete, and in its original packaging,

  • return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer,

  • refunds are issued within 14 days after the returned product is received and inspected.

Used, incomplete, or damaged items will not be refunded.

8. Defective Products or Order Errors

If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer must contact tedbricks.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide proof (photos/videos).

Depending on the situation, a replacement, store credit, or refund may be offered.

9. Legal Warranty

All products are covered by:

  • the legal warranty of conformity,

  • the warranty against hidden defects.

Tedbricks.com is responsible under the conditions established by applicable law.

10. Personal Data

Personal data collected is necessary for order processing.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on tedbricks.com is protected by intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

12. Changes to the T&Cs

Tedbricks.com may modify these T&Cs at any time.

The applicable version is the one in effect at the time the order is placed.

13. Governing Law

These T&Cs are governed by French law.

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
If no agreement is reached, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
